CONNIE GESSNER

Obituary of CONNIE GESSNER

Concetta (Connie) Livoti Gessner was born in her kitchen at 238 Elizabeth Street in Little Italy on February 27, 1920 and was with us for more than 101 years.

Connie lived a healthy and exuberant life and loved family, baseball, bingo, Italian food, music, and any reason to dance. A lifelong Catholic, she leaves a legacy of faith and love and focusing on the bright side.

She leaves two great-grandchildren (Shane Colton and Jordon Thomas), one grandchild (Zachary), two children (Terry and Charles), a son-in law (Tom), a daughter-in-law (Nancy), a granddaughter-in-law (Jenny), two “adopted daughters” (Donna O’Callaghan and Patricia Carydes) and friends too numerous to mention by name.

Riposare in pace.
